Coed Varsity Track, Girls Varsity Track · Senior Spotlight – Ashley Parker

The Monrovia High School Athletic Department will be spotlighting some of our MHS spring sports seniors. Since we will be playing an abbreviated season (at best), we’d like to take this opportunity to recognize our seniors and allow you to get to know them a little better.

Name: Ashley Parker
Sprint Sport: Girls Track and Field Manager (4 years). 
Accomplishments: Does being paid for doing my job count as an accomplishment?
Other activities: Marching Band, Jazz Band, NHS, Student Government, Sunshine Club, Board Game Club
Plans: Rose-Hulman for Biomedical Engineering
Subject: Math and Science
Teacher: Mr. Cassida, Mrs. Neibert, Mr. Tronc
Memory: Freshman year, Coach Cassida forgot his bag for practice in his room and asked us managers to remind him to not forget it. So, we left MANY reminders all over his classroom so he would never forget it again. We put so many, he didn’t find the last ones until midway through last year.
