Monrovia Bulldogs Clinches Lead In Sixth Inning To Defeat Greenwood Christian Academy
Monrovia Bulldogs snagged a late lead and defeated Greenwood Christian Academy 9-5 on Saturday. The game was tied at four with Monrovia Bulldogs batting in the bottom of the sixth when Jake Smith’s sac fly scored two runs for Monrovia Bulldogs.
Monrovia Bulldogs earned the victory despite allowing Greenwood Christian Academy to score three runs in the second inning.
Greenwood Christian Academy opened up scoring in the second inning when #34 drew a walk, scoring one run.
