2017-18 PRE-PARTICIPATION FORMS AND PHYSICAL!

As of April 1st, 2017, Monrovia Middle School and High School has a new process for submitting Pre-Participation Forms and the Athletic Physical Form.  Every form other than the IHSAA Physical Form will be submitted electronically!  Below are two attachments explaining the new on-line process and the announcement for our Physical Night here at Monrovia
